For all sales, Home Water customer service will contact you to verify your information and ensure the sales representative provided all the details regarding the agreement. Your account will not be created, enrolled or charged until after the verification call has taken place and installation completed to your satisfaction. You also have 10 days to cancel your order under the Consumer Protection Act.
