HW may also share your Personal Information with: (a) members of HW’ corporate family and any successors; (b) other companies or organizations that work with, or on behalf of HW to provide products and services; (c) law enforcement or other governmental officials, in response to a verified request relating to a criminal investigation or alleged illegal activity; and/or (d) other business entities, in connection with the sale, assignment, merger or other transfer of HW’ business to such business entity. Automatically Collected Information and Anonymous Information
Each time a visitor comes to the Site, HW collects some information to improve the overall quality of the visitor’s online experience, including product/service monitoring, product/service improvement, and targeted advertising. Such information may include referral data (e.g., the address of the last URL a user visited prior to clicking through to the Site) and your web browser and operating platform type.
Web Server Logs and IP Addresses: An Internet Protocol (“IP”) address is a number that automatically identifies the computer/machine you have used to access the Internet. The IP address enables our server to send you the webpages that you want to visit, and it may disclose the server owned by your Internet Service Provider. HW may use IP addresses to conduct Site analyses and performance reviews and to administer the Site.
Some of Site’s web pages may use web beacons in conjunction with cookies to compile aggregate statistics about Site usage. A web beacon is an electronic image (also referred to as an “action tag,” “single-pixel,” or “clear GIF”) that is commonly used to track the traffic patterns of users from one web page to another in order to maximize web traffic flow and to otherwise analyze the effectiveness of web sites. Some web beacons may be unusable if you elect to reject their associated cookies.
Information Collected on Other Sites: Other websites may allow HW, including via advertising companies and ad networks, to display advertisements on their websites. HW may use technologies such as cookies and web beacons, to collect information about users who view or interact with HW’s advertisements. HW may collect information about where you, or others who are using your computer, saw and/or clicked on the advertisements we deliver, and possibly associate this information with your subsequent visits to the advertised websites. HW also may combine this information with Personal Information it has already collected from you. This information allows us to deliver targeted advertisements and gauge their effectiveness. Some of these third-party advertising companies may be advertising networks that are members of the Network Advertising Initiative, which offers a single location to opt out of ad targeting from member companies (www.networkadvertising.org).
HW has established reasonable precautions to protect collected Personal Information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction, which include contractual, administrative, physical, and technical steps. Technical measures include use of firewall protection and in some instances may include encryption technology. Although HW takes reasonable precautions to assess the reliability of such technology, it relies on the statements of the vendors of those products and services as part of its security evaluation. Please note that although HW has endeavored to create a secure and reliable Site for users, the confidentiality of any communication or material transmitted to/from the Site cannot be guaranteed.
HW urges you to take every precaution to protect your personal data when you are on the Internet.

HW understands the importance of protecting children’s privacy in the interactive online world. The Site is not designed for, or intentionally targeted at, children 13 years of age or younger. It is not our policy to intentionally collect or maintain information about anyone under the age of 13.
At certain locations on the Site where information about you is requested, the Site provides you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from HW. You may also review and request changes to your Personal Information that HW has collected, including the removal of your Personal Information from HW’s databases using any of the following options: (a) send your request via e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org; (b) send your request by regular mail to: PO Box 961 Toronto, ON, M5C 2K3, Canada.
