Home Water guarantees your satisfaction or your money back. Please contact customer service if you are not 100% satisfied with your water filtration product.
- Product may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date you received it.
- All returns need to include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please include any items such as cords, tubing, adapters, or documentation that were included when you received it.
- All product are subject to a Home Water Inspection. Any signs of tampering or misuse of a product is automatically NOT eligible for a refund.
- Refunds will be issued within 15 calendar days after inspection.
- Home Water is not responsible shipping costs.
- Home Water is not responsible for the cost of insuring your returned item(s).
- Home Water it not responsible for any items lost or damaged during shipping.
- Only items that have been purchased directly from Home Water can be returned to Home Water.
